At Primacare Physical Therapy, we value our patients and our employees. To prevent any major disruptions, our practice is following all the CDC guidelines and any public health announcements. As recommended by CDC, we are following all the standard transmission-based precautions. We use all appropriate cleaning and disinfecting chemicals which have been recommended by CDC. This is done constantly and for every patient.
As per the department of health, Georgia- The same measures that are urged to prevent the spread of any respiratory virus are increasingly important for all Georgians:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Stay home when you are sick.
Cough or sneeze into your elbow or use a tissue to cover it, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
