As a physician myself and having undergone severe pain in my back due to advancing age and recently diagnosed cancer, I had to undergo physical therapy repeatedly over the years. Dr. Ram Shahani and his staff are amazing. They are meticulous and make sure you come out with near normal functions and get rid of the pain associated with any and all these diseases. The knowledge is superior. The facility is clean. They are always kind and accommodating. I take pride in calling Ram my dear friend. I had a cyst in the bottom of my foot and the podiatrist recommended surgery to remove the cyst. 
I went to ram and he said let’s try ultrasound and deep tissue massage first. 
From not being able to walk, in a matter of few weeks I am now able to wear heels 👠. And did not have to do surgery. 
He had also treated me for plantars fasciitis and back pain in the past. He is definitely Atlanta’s go to therapist for any kind of Pain or advice.

I came to primacare after a car accident. The front office staff give me SO MUCH LIFE every time I came. They were always willing to work with me if I had any schedule changes at all. Just really terrific. The facility is very clean and kept up very nicely, with nice upbeat music in the background. The physical therapy staff are so phenomenal and so very knowledgeable in every aspect. Their bedside manner is really wonderful and they certainly know the balance of nurture and discipline. Since having been a patient and following their instructions, I have certainly gotten not only a lot stronger in daily life but also pain FREE!! I truly wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️
