No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Servings: about 12 balls

Total time: 10 minutes


 

Ingredients:

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

2 tablespoons honey


 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.

  2. Place in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes to make the mix easier to roll.

  3. Roll into about 12 bite size balls.

  4. Store in the fridge.
